Premier Card Grading - Protect your Passion!

After completing the latest expansion our office has been fully functional for well over a week now. The path to this waypoint has been a steep one and has unfortunately lead to a significant backlog, despite our best efforts to carry out all tasks as quickly and diligantly as possible.

Many of you have been waiting for your cards to be returned quite a long time. Please know that we are very sorry for any delay, big or small!

In order to service delayed orders as quickly as possible now we have decided to pause new submissions until further notice and after we have completed pending and overdue orders.

This decision is seconded by upcoming major external events requiring our attention and ressources as well. This autumn will be a very busy time in the space of TCGs, in general as well as for our office in particular.

To avoid disservice to either party we recognize it is best to only accept new submissions once we are confident we can keep our turnaround promise. This means that all grading services on our website are likely to be at least partially unavailable during the next weeks.

A, for now, last  allocation has been added to honor submissions currently in your carts. After those are exhausted, we will start the break.

We greatly appreciate the increasing interest in our services and kindly ask you to stay with us until we can service your interest on a proper timelime!

In order to meet the continued rise in demand for our services we have undertaken great efforts to expand our local office capacities over the last couple of weeks. The expansion includes added staff, machinery and office space. 

As the current expansion is nearing its completion we are getting closer to 5x-ing our service capacity. This will result in a significant improvement for all services in terms of shifting turnaround times to the lower end of the spectrum.

While this is great news for the very near future we observe some orders currently in processing experiencing delays. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience! All orders will be processed further as soon and quickly as possible!

In the world of TCGs each game has its particular style and setting. For WEISS-SCHWARZ this means amazingly beautiful cards featuring stunning fantastic artwork on the one hand - but also artwork with obvious sexual objectification on the other. Especially when it comes to the objectification of characters representing minors, fictional characters or not, this can be considered a severe issue.

Our office has observed the situation around WEISS-SCHWARZ since we started operations. We had the honor to service many wonderful cards, but we also had striking encounters of the darker kind. So far we have returned those cards unprocessed including an according note. However, with the steep increase in submissions recently this poses a source of trouble for all parties involved, leading to a rising number of undesired outcomes on all ends. 

In order to provide clear tangible guidelines we have therefore decided to not process WEISS-SCHWARZ in general moving forward in our office.

This change concerns future orders only. Orders pending completion will be fullfilled according to recent standards.
