Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.)

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Premier Card Grading Germany GmbH, Wirichsbongardstraße 39, 52062 Aachen, Phone: +4924199791917, Email: info@premiercardgrading.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, compared to the full coverage of the contract.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of services where the consumer has requested the performance of the services to begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and the service has been fully performed by the trader if the consumer has given their explicit consent to start the service before the withdrawal period expires and confirmed their understanding that they lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by the trader.

The right of withdrawal also expires in a contract where the consumer has specifically requested the trader to visit them to carry out urgent repair work, if the service has been fully performed, provided the consumer has expressly consented to the commencement of the repair before the end of the withdrawal period.
