In order to send graded cards as collector's items with the greatest possible security, we only send them as a parcel when returning them. Our boxes are unprinted and therefore visually neutral during shipping. We ship via DHL using the GoGreen option in order to offset CO2 emissions.

Package delivery times: Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 to 5 days and for international deliveries within 5 to 7 days after completion of processing.

The delivery time is the sum of the processing time and the parcel delivery time. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
We will inform you about the end of the processing time by changing the order status to "Shipped". The order status can be viewed in the order overview in the customer area.
